Sawdust & Glitter - Terms and Conditions

Private parties require a minimum of 7 people.  If your party does not meat the minimum requirement of 7 people signed up 24 hours before the party, you will be requested to reschedule the party.  Alternatively, your party will need to be prepared to finish a minimum of 7 projects within your reservation time. 

When you purchase a class seat, you should see it as something that is similar to purchasing tickets to any other entertainment event. We do not offer refunds unless the class is canceled by Sawdust & Glitter. There are NO REFUNDS for classes as there is so much customization that goes into them. 

As a courtesy on our behalf we will offer class credit, if you want to cancel your reservation you must give at least a 48 hour notice in order to receive FULL credit for a future class (within 90 days).  Cancellations within 24 hours will be granted half credit for a future class (within 90 days). If you do not show up for your session or cancel in less than 24 hours, you will forfeit the missed session and will NOT be issued any credits and will need to pay to re-register.

If an unforeseen circumstance requires you to cancel the SAME DAY of a class you are scheduled to attend, we strongly suggest that you find a friend or family member who can come in your place so that you are not out the reservation fee that you already paid.
